Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00pm on a business day will typically be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout. You can use this number to track your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary — if your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to enquire.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, the package is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days or your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at hello@modusclub.co and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away at hello@modusclub.co and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
