All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. Please read the full policy below before placing your order.

No Returns Policy

All purchases made on modusclub.co are final. We do not accept returns of any products once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

This policy applies to all products in our catalogue without exception, including but not limited to research peptides and all other items sold on our store.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer full or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Delays in shipping or transit times
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item due to a picking error on our end, please contact us at hello@modusclub.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence.

We will review these cases individually and at our sole discretion may offer a replacement. This does not constitute a general returns or refunds policy.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, we are not responsible for lost packages. Please refer to our Shipping Info page for more details. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Chargebacks

By completing a purchase on our site you agree to this no returns and no refunds policy. Any chargebacks or payment disputes that are not the result of fraud will be contested with full documentation of the purchase, our policy, and shipping records.
