Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they ship. Orders placed before 5pm Eastern are normally packed and dispatched the same business day, so please contact us as soon as possible.

How to request a cancellation

Email support@modusclub.co with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm once the order has been cancelled.

Refunds on cancelled orders

If an order is cancelled before it ships, we refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Orders awaiting Zelle payment

Orders placed with Zelle are held until payment is received. If payment is not received within the payment window shown at checkout, the order is cancelled automatically and reserved stock is released. You are welcome to place a new order at any time.

Orders that have shipped

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy.
